Innovative Delphia-developed Software Supporting Human Resources Management at Internet Speed

Columbus, Ohio – January 16, 2004 – HR Actions®, a paperless software solution that enables managers to design, initiate, submit, route, and approve employee change forms via the web - has been nominated for the prestigious 2003 Columbus Technology Council’s “Top CAT” Award. The winner will be announced at the Council’s annual Top CAT (Contributors to the Advancement of Technology) awards ceremony on January 22nd.

Joe Rotella, Chief Technical Officer and Director of Operations of Delphia Consulting, led the design and development team for HR Actions. “This new and innovative form of ‘manager self-service’ enables managers to initiate Human Resources transactions directly over the web, eliminating the need for paper forms while drastically reducing almost all routing expenses and time delays,” said Rotella. “HR Actions helps free HR professionals from time-consuming routine activities and allows them to focus on more value-added work in order to achieve strategic parity with other parts of the business.”
