Delphia Consulting is a casual, fun and team-oriented workplace. You'll be eligible for our benefit package after thirty days of employment:

• 401(k) savings plan with immediate eligibility for contributions
• Seven (7) company paid holidays, and twelve (12) days of Paid Time Off (PTO) in the first year; twenty-two (22) days after the first year
