Channel Sales & Pre-Sales/Marketing: HR Actions® & Sage Abra

Location

Office environment in Columbus, OH. Virtual office environment for exceptionally strong candidates. There is no relocation associated with this position.

Description

Exciting opportunity to join Delphia Consulting’s sales team as a full-time Inside Sales and Marketing Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the HR Actions Sales Channel, providing pre-sales support for HR Actions and Sage Abra, and participating in various marketing activities.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Recruit HR Actions Channel Partners
  • Manage HR Actions Channel’s Sales Pipelines
  • Develop Marketing Plan for HR Actions
  • Product demonstrations for HR Actions and Sage Abra Products
  • Interact with clients and prospective clients to determine needs
  • Provide pre-sales support to other sales team members

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Desired

  • Minimum 5 years of professional business experience including at least 2 years of experience with Abra or a similar HRMS Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Background in payroll, accounting, IT, or Human Resources preferred
  • Must be very process-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills and solid judgment
  • Strong commitment to quality and service
  • A reputation for Integrity and Honesty
  • College degree preferred
