Technical Consultant for Sage CRM SalesLogix
Location
ice environment in Columbus, OH. Virtual office environment for exceptionally strong candidates. This position requires 20-30% travel. There is no relocation associated with this position.
Description
Exciting opportunity to join Delphia Consulting as a full-time CRM Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation and support of Sage CRM SalesLogix for various clients.
Principal Responsibilities
- Analyze and communicate the business benefits of CRM process and software projects
- Confer with key customers to resolve questions of customization intent
- Configure particular functional areas of the Sage CRM Saleslogix application
- Convert data between legacy systems and Saleslogix
- Define a customer's data input and reporting requirements
- Design, code, and test basic customizations to support specific customer business requirements
- Design and execute test strategies to insure correct function of basic customizations
- Document functional and technical specification of customized solution
- Contribute content to weekly status reports on task responsibilities and issues
- Train and implement SalesLogix for new and existing clients
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Desired
- Minimum 5 years of professional business experience including at least 2 years of Consulting
- Minimum of 10 successful SalesLogix implementation projects at different companies as a technical consultant
- Strong Scribe & Crystal Reports skills
- Strong data conversion skills
- Sage Abra implementation skills desired, but not required
- Must be very process-oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills and solid judgment
- High level of skill in oral and written communications
- Strong commitment to quality and service
- A reputation for integrity and honesty
- Comprehensive and proven knowledge and experience with modern software development methodologies
- College degree preferred
