Carole Lassak

As Communications Manager, Carole has the opportunity to indulge her passion for all things related to electronic gadgets. Her latest purchase is a Flip video camcorder which she uses to record video clips for Delpha’s YouTube channel. She describes her infatuation with electronics, “if it has an on/off switch, I’m hooked.”

A jetsetter for ancient times, Carole enjoys traveling abroad to practice the dying art of handmade bobbin lace. The sounds of bobbins pattering against her bobbin pillow fill her home. At home, Carole acts out her fantasy as an Iron Chef challenger. Her favorite food is sushi, especially sea urchin. “I think any piece of raw seafood on a pillow of rice would delight me.”
