Kim Kocher

V.P. of Client Services

Kim wears many hats at Delphia Consulting. Internally, Kim is our Human Resources "go to" person and manages our associates' compensation and benefit programs. He also helps staff Delphia with star players leveraging his past experience as a recruiter to help source, interview and select qualified candidates.

Kim works with our clients by using Basecamp to collaborate and manage HR software projects online. Kim oversees Delphia's HR Software Support and Sage Abra Premium Support services.

As the publisher of HR Actions for Sage Abra and the Active Directory Conduit (ADC), Kim works with our channel partners so their clients succeed  in getting the most out of their investment in Sage HRMS.

With clients in 46 states, Kim works across all time zones while sitting in Columbus, OH.

Not only is Kim a talent manager, he is also fanatical about providing outstanding customer service to Delphia’s clients. To do this, Kim spends so much time on the phone it’s been rumored he had his phone earpiece surgically attached. Kim also communicates through his monthly columns in Newark Advocate.

If stranded on an island, Kim would want bottled water, sunscreen, soap, a journal, and his iPod. Kim would most likely slather on sunscreen then swim the coastline. While the batteries on his iPod lasted, he would listen to audiobooks by Zig Ziglar or John Maxwell, big influences on his life.
