Melanie Crow

With more than two decades of experience, Melanie brings big-picture perspective to her role at Delphia Consulting. Previously serving in leadership roles in the payroll and human resources industries, Melanie has thorough understanding of complex business and technology issues and extensive expertise in providing hands-on and consultative solutions design.

As Vice President of Sales at Delphia, Melanie leads Delphia's HR and Payroll software sales efforts, and most recently helped to launch the company’s newest product, Mangrove HR and Payroll. She attained her PHR certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in 2008 and is an active member of SHRM.
