Did you know that Sage HRMS now supports single sign-on from the employee's HR record directly to the employee's self-service record? This allows you to perform tasks such as training employees how to use Sage ESS, acting on the employee’s behalf to update personal information, or testing the self-service program before you deploy it to your employees.
A quick look at HR trends for 2016 reveals that the adoption of employee self-service along with mobile accessibility is on about every list. HR departments managing paper employee files are still spending as much as 65% of their time on transactional and administrative work and the workforce is continuing to see a shift in demographics, with an increasing number of digital natives expecting self-service as a part of a company’s culture.
If you plan to attend Sage Summit this year, be sure to get a demonstration of the 2016 release of Sage HRMS. Included in the upcoming release are new and improved features and benefits. Sage is also still recruiting Sage HRMS customers to participate in the beta testing process for Sage HRMS 2016.
