TimeIPS

Servers - TimeIPS servers track time and attendance for up to 3,000 employees with enterprise versions supporting up to 50,000 employees. Available with network clocks, web-based/PC-based clocking, and telephone clocking options. (Affordable compact servers are available for smaller installations with 10 to 500 employees.) VM (virtual machine) servers also available if you prefer running on your own hardware.

All TimeIPS servers operate as network appliances, meaning that all software is pre-installed and the server is ready-to-run when you get it. Installation involves connecting power, network and setting a static IP address. After that, the server provides a complete time and attendance tracking system with an easy to use web-based user interface.


The TimeIPS IPSREM – PC and Web­Based Clocking for Mobile Devices

TimeIPS IPSREM provides the flexibility for employees to securely clock from a remote location. Employees can clock in/out, check their status, leave notes, hear messages and changes jobs without access to a TimeIPS station. This module assures that you can still have full accounting of all time worked for all employees in real­time, even when those employees are remote. Employees clock securely with a user name and password that is set in the Administration section and remote clocking access is easily granted with a check box in the Clocking section of the TimeIPS system. Managers can also remotely check the status of employees and leave messages for all or individual employees using IPSREM™
