This solution is complete as offered. There are no optional components.

You can use an unlimited number of lists. Four lists are included in the application by default: Onboarding, Performance Review, Acknowledgements, and Annual To Do List. These lists can be renamed, and you can create an unlimited number of additional lists.

Once the lists are created, you can assign an unlimited number of Sage HRMS HR Actions forms to each. These can be selected from the extensive set of forms contained in Sage HRMS HR Actions, or they can be forms you create yourself.

Yes. When you define a list, you can specify criteria to determine which employees view the list and during what time frame. You can also specify criteria for each form within a list.

Yes. In Manager’s Assistant, there are three pages that provide views of lists. Depending on the user’s position, they can access the appropriate page:

  • Under the Manager section of ESS:
    • On the “Required Manager Actions” page,  managers can see lists of actions they should create/edit/complete on behalf of their direct reports and the status of each action.
    • On the “View My Organizations Required Manager Actions” page, managers are able to select the name of a manager in their reporting chain and see lists of actions that the manager should process and complete for their direct reports as well as the status of each action.
  • Under the Administrator section of ESS:
    • On the “View Required Manager Actions” page, administrators are able to select the name of any manger who would normally be visible to the in HR Actions Admin and see lists of actions that the manager should complete for their direct reports as well as the status of each action.
