How it Works
An applicant completes an employee application using Sage HRMS Cyber Recruiter on an organization’s career page.
A recruiter decides to hire the applicant and marks them as a new hire in Sage HRMS Cyber Recruiter.
An administrator selects the new hire within a drop-down list in a Sage HRMS HR Actions New Hire form.
New hire is removed from the list of applicants in Cyber Recruiter.

Sage HRMS HR Actions New Hire Interface only works with on-premises Sage HRMS Cyber Recruiter. However, Delphia Consulting does offer a plugin that can connect Sage HRMS HR Actions to a cloud based ATS, including hosted Sage HRMS Cyber Recruiter. Please ask your RSM for additional details.
