Reminder: Before ringing in the New Year (which isn’t all that far away), there’s something Sage HRMS 2015 or 2016 users must check off their To Do List: Complete the mandatory upgrade to Sage HRMS 2017. Sage announced earlier this year that beginning with the Q4 product and quarterly tax updates, Sage HRMS 2017 will be the only supported version. The chart below outlines the upgrade timeline.

As you can see, the final product and tax updates for Sage HRMS 2015 and 2016 were issued in Q2 and Q3. You can still upgrade from either 2015 or 2016 version, but before you upgrade, you must have installed the latest product update for the version you are currently using.

Download the Update

The Sage HRMS 2017 installation package is available as an electronic download from the Sage Knowledgebase. Log in and search for download article 83509. The Release Notes in the product download article provide instructions on how to perform an upgrade.
