Setup Analysis Tool
The ASM Setup Analysis is a simple-to-use program that will quickly identify important setup and configuration information about your Abra Suite database. The program will produce a report in csv format that will aid your ASM Sales Consultant plan the scope of your migration from Abra to Sage HRMS.
It is important that the output file is sent to your ASM Sales Consultant before meeting to complete the Scope Planning Questionnaire for ASM.
Instructions:
2. Copy the zip file to your Abra Suite DATA folder, typically C:ProgramDataSageAbraSuiteData.
3. Extract the zip file accepting the default folder path:
4. All users must be logged out of Abra Suite before you run the utility.
5. Open the folder and double-click on dc_asm_analysis.exe to execute the program.
6. When the program is finished, a “csv” file will be created in the DC ASM Analysis folder.The file will be named ASM_Analysis XXXXXXXXX.csv where the x’s will be the Enterprise Name from your Abra Suite system.
7. Email the ASM_Analysis XXXXXXXXX.csv file to your ASM Sales Consultant.
