U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)

extends Form I-9 rule adjustments

In response to COVID-19 and the associated need for social distancing, the Department of Homeland Security announced flexibility in some of its Form I-9 compliance requirements. Initially set to expire on May 19, ICE has extended them for an additional 30 days.
