E-Learning

Have you heard of Elliott Masie? He is, among other things, a public speaker, producer of Broadway hits like Kinky Boots and Godspell, author, and passionate advocate of corporate learning. He heads the think tank, The MAISE Center, dedicated to exploring ways organizations can support workforce education. He is also credited with first using the word “e-Learning” in October, 1999, during a CBT Systems seminar in Los Angeles. Despite the relatively recent coining of the word, distance learning isn’t new, though how we access it continues to evolve along with technology.

Delphia’s Learning Center

We recognize the importance of ongoing training and learning for HR, Payroll, and IT professionals and are preparing our new learning center to provide quality e-learning. We’ll include the best of our training classes as well as add new courses including some that offer SHRM PDU’s to help you earn recertification. Premium Support and Training, Delphia’s annual subscription service that provides access to consultants and web-based classes, will be moved to the Learning Center. Multiple logins will be available for each account allowing companies to extend the opportunity of taking on-demand courses to any number of interested employees.
