Announcing Sage HRMS HR Actions New Release: Version 10.6.12

We are pleased to announce the release of Sage HRMS HR Actions Version 10.6.12. This release includes several small bug fixes and enhancements. If you’re a user of Sage HRMS HR Actions, you’ll want to take note of  these and other recent enhancements.

Performance appraisal forms and SQL upgrades in Version 10.6.12

The issue that allowed performance appraisal forms to be initiated when question weights did not total 100% has been fixed. The newest release also has  improved SQL performance of upgrades as well as nightly and manual updates.

Pre-Populate options for “Effective Date” and “Save to HRMS Date”

We’ve updated the default for the “Effective Date” field (Version 10.6.11). On upgrades from versions 10.6.7 and before, all existing forms will have the pre-populate option for “Save to HRMS Date” set to the same value as the pre-populate option for “Effective Date.”

If you already use 10.6.8 and later, you’ll need to review the “Save to HRMS Date” pre-populate option on Step 2 of the Form Builder for all active forms.

Additional Enhancements

Support for field changes introduced in the Sage Abra Suite 9.2 Q3 release has been added. An updated “HR Actions Web Page Errors” report now includes only the 50 most recent errors. You will also be able to select employees with a status of “Not Employee” in the Find Employee pop-up window. (Version 10.6.11)
