New in Version 10.7.1

Supports Sage HRMS 2017

If you plan on upgrading to Sage HRMS 2017, make sure you update to this latest version of HR Actions. It adds support for Sage HRMS 2017 including changes made in Human Resources, Sage HRMS Payroll, and Self Service.

Significant change affecting new installations

Sage HRMS HR Actions 10.7.1 changes the default Admin and Self Service passwords. This will provide increased authentication security for clients who do not change their default password and choose to put their website on the public internet.

 Search by employee number

This version provides the ability to search by Sage HRMS employee numbers in the “employee find” dialog. Offering increased flexibility, the new feature is especially helpful for companies with a large number of employees. For example, an employer may have many people with the last name “Smith.” Instead of scrolling through a list of names to find the right one or entering the first name as well, employees can use the ID number for a faster search.

Use “Enter” key to create new line

Another added functionality is the ability to use the “Enter” key to create a new line in the Submitter Comments field and text area fields. This can be used in both Self Service and the audit mode in Admin allowing the user to separate areas of text for emphasis and clearer flow of information.
