About the Delphia’s Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP)
At Delphia Consulting, our goal is to build products that customers love, need, and can use to the fullest potential. We collect customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and other field research.
However, we have hundreds of customers using our dozens of products, so it is impossible to reach out to all of you to get feedback. To give all our customers a chance to contribute to make our products better, we created the Delphia Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP).
If you choose to participate in the program, Delphia will collect information about your deployment in order to improve our understanding of how you configure and use our products and services. Participation includes sharing details about error messages you encounter which can speed our response to your support requests. CEIP never captures employee data, passwords, or other sensitive information.
Frequently Asked Questions
How does Delphia CEIP work?
CEIP is voluntary. When you opt-in, our CEIP services running in Delphia products gather anonymous configuration and usage data from your deployment, and automatically sends the data to Delphia. CEIP never captures employee data, passwords, or other sensitive information.
Delphia uses these two classes of information to improve our products:
- Configuration and usage data are typically collected on a quarterly basis or during installation and upgrades.
- Details behind error messages are collected when a user encounters an error message within the application.
Can I view the data before it is sent?
Unfortunately, there is no easy way for you to review the data before it is sent. Delphia CEIP was designed to reach across hundreds of customers and collect information from hundreds of deployments. We have designed our software so that it can efficiently collect and process the data and automatically send the information over to Delphia, without interrupting your work.
How does Delphia protect the privacy of CEIP program participants?
We take extra care not to collect any personally identifiable information (for example, employee data or passwords). For more information about how we protect your privacy, please review our Privacy Policy.
If I choose to participate, can I opt out later?
Yes. You can choose to join or end participation at any time. Participation in this program is optional. You can choose not to participate during installation or upgrading. Later, if you change your mind about participating, it’s easy to opt in or opt out.
Will I be contacted by Delphia if I participate?
No. The Customer Experience Improvement Program does not collect any customer contact or employee information.
However, if you have subscribed to a Business Care plan, information collected may be used in the delivery support or during the annual system checkup, a benefit included with all Business Care plans.
If you have any questions about this program, please contact your Delphia account manager, support professional, or send us your feedback.
