Benefits management can be a time-consuming, tedious, and manual process for many small to midsize organizations. If you’re using a 3rd party benefit portal for open enrollment and life events, there’s less paper involved, but you still have to update Sage HRMS with the results. Even if you capture benefit information in spreadsheets, you still have to get that information in Sage HRMS.

We’ll show you how to import employee benefit elections, dependent information, and dependent benefit enrollments using Benefit Portal Interface (BPI) for Sage HRMS. Even if you don’t use a portal, this tool can be used to import spreadsheets containing benefit information into Sage HRMS.
