Regular 1:1 meetings and workplace coaching significantly impact employee performance by providing personalized feedback, setting clear goals, and offering tailored support and strategies for improvement. We’ll share a framework and research-backed strategies for implementing these in the workplace.

This program is pre-approved for 1 PDC for the SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® and 1 CEU for the PHR® or SPHR®. Attendees will receive a Certificate of Completion within a week after the presentation.
