Open Enrollment: Options for Updating Sage HRMS and Communicating with Carriers

Loading Events

Open enrollment can often be a stressful time for employees and an administrative burden on HR.

If your benefits administrator does the paperwork and provides you with a list of employee benefit selections, dependents, and dependent selections you still have to get that data into Sage HRMS for reporting and to update payroll.

If you use a third-party administrator or carrier website you can provide a much better user experience for employees and remove some of the paperwork, but that’s only half the battle. It can still be a tedious manual process to keep Sage HRMS up to date with benefit selections and keep the third-party site up to date with census information.

The battle can be won with Benefits Portal Interface.

  • We’ll demonstrate how BPI can import benefit information into Sage HRMS or keep Sage HRMS in sync with the third-party enrollment site.
  • See how easy it is to load employee and dependent enrollment data into HRMS, which can then drive payroll deduction information.
  • If you’re using a third-party site, we’ll demonstrate how you can facilitate the upload of census data from HRMS to the site, without manual data entry.

Easy to set up and use, now’s the time to prepare for what happens after open enrollment closes. See how you can share benefits information electronically and stop spending time typing.
