Sage HRMS HR Analytics is a web-based reporting and analytics tool that makes it easy to visualize, analyze, and share insights about your business. In this webinar, we’ll take a deep dive into Analysis Grids.
Analysis Grids allow you to interactively manipulate data, create charts, change table layouts, and much more. The Analysis Grids used by Data Explorer expose all the available data views of Sage HRMS, letting you create your own web-based reports.
Analysis Grids support Formulas, Filters, Charts, Cross tabs, and Reports.
- Formulas let you add calculated columns to the data and Filters let you remove table rows that don’t meet your criteria. You can sort, group and sub-group rows. You can format the data in the table and even aggregate information.
- Once your data is defined in a table, it’s easy to add charts – and there are 8 different chart types (Bar, Line, Curved Line, Pie, Scatter, Plat, Heatmap, and Gauge).
- Cross tabs (also known as “pivot” tables) make it easy to analyze the relationship between two or more variables.
- Reports are interactive data tables defined by your Formulas, Filters, and selected columns.
