On Thursday, Nov. 4, 2021, OSHA filed the Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) on COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing in the Office of the Federal Register. Employers with more than 100 employees must implement a COVID-19 vaccination requirement for their employees by Jan. 4, 2022. Businesses subject to the mandate also must offer a weekly testing alternative to those who refuse or are unable to receive a vaccine

In this “How To” session, we’ll cover how you can use Sage HRMS to track vaccination and testing status, the paid time off (up to 4 hours per dose) you must offer for employees to get vaccinated, and the paid sick leave for recovery from vaccine side effects. We’ll discuss what reporting options are available with Sage HRMS.

You’ll learn how to build and launch a self-service web form that employees can complete to update their vaccination/testing information and report on the data in Sage HRMS.
