Joe is a nationally recognized speaker and HR Strategist. He helps organizations boost the bottom line using Continuous Performance Management (CPM) techniques. He encourages HR professionals to shift their mindset, from being HR Professionals to being Business Professionals with Expertise in HR. With over 35 years of experience, he combines the disciplines of management, human resources, software design & development, and psychology to understand people in the workplace and engage them to make great things happen.
