The COVID-19 Tracking for Sage HRMS HR Actions plugin enables employers with more than 100 employees to automate the COVID-19 vaccination and testing tracking.

COVID-19 Tracking for Sage HRMS HR Actions provides the means to capture data necessary to implement a COVID-19 vaccination/testing policy:

Track vaccination or testing with supporting documentation
Support weekly testing for unvaccinated employees, if required
Data to support prompt notification if an employee tests positive for COVID-19
Records availability

The plugin, which is a separately licensed feature of HR Actions, includes a predefined form that will enable employees to submit their vaccination and testing data. More importantly, this plugin will add logic to the form and the HR Actions scheduler to update an employee’s vaccination status in near real-time using the definition of vaccination status defined by OSHA, the FDA, and the CDC.
