ICE Grants a 60-Day Extension
Remotely review I-9 documents until November 19
On September 14, due to ongoing precautions related to COVID-19, ICE again extended its flexible rules for reviewing employee identity and employment authorization documents until November 19. As before, this extension applies only to businesses with a 100% remote workforce.
