The California Wage Theft Protection Act requires that employers provide notice to their employees of pay rates, payday, and other related information upon hire and within seven days of any changes to that information. This existing employee form uses Sage HRMS HR Actions to enable an employee, manager, and/or administrator to complete the Wage and Employment Notice to Employees (Labor Code section 2810.5) for either situation.
