Frequently Asked Questions

On September 21, 2021, Insperity transferred existing support contracts, SaaS agreements, and in-progress implementations of TimeStar (also known as CompuPay or Sage Time and Attendance) to Delphia Consulting, LLC. Mary Massad (Division President, Traditional Employment Operations, Insperity) notified customers of this transfer by email on October 5, 2021.

Insperity decided to focus on its core PEO business and move away from its retail time and attendance systems (TimeStar, CompuPayTime, and Sage Time & Attendance). The 20-year relationship between Insperity and Delphia, along with our unique experience publishing and supporting HR applications, made this transfer a great fit.

Delphia and Insperity have worked together for over 20 years.

Since our founding in 1993, we have grown to be one of the country’s largest Sage Resellers and Independent Software Vendor (ISVs), with more Sage certified consultants on staff than any other Sage HRMS Business Partner. We help clients throughout North America and have staff in more than a dozen states. Our team is committed to your success.

As a software publisher, we specialize in building applications to help you manage your people. We’ve published nearly 30 applications, including more Sage HRMS Endorsed Solutions than any company in the world.

Our newest application, miviva, provides one place for everyone to manage their goals. You can set goals, track progress against actual results, capture feedback, and evaluate performance — so you can keep focused and achieve what you’re striving for. Miviva works with any HR solution.

We are excited about the addition of TimeStar to our software portfolio. We are committed to developing enhancements to grow and improve your time and attendance solution based on your input.

We are thrilled that 13 Insperity support, implementation, customer service, technical support, and sales employees will be joining the Delphia Consulting team.

You can reach Tom Fazio, Robin Treich, or Greg Peterman at Delphia now by email.

You can feel confident you’ll work with familiar faces and meet new ones as we work together.

For the next few months, Insperity will generate renewal invoices, but the “Pay to” and address will be Delphia Consulting, 250 E. Broad St., Ste 150, Columbus, OH 43215. Once the transition is complete, Delphia Consulting will generate invoices.

Product, hardware, and professional services invoices (i.e., non-renewal invoices) will be generated by Delphia Consulting, as you engage with us.

With your input, we’ll continue to support and grow your time and attendance solution.

There are five things you can do to help with the transition:

  1. Ask your IT department to whitelist the domain “delphiaconsulting.com.”
  2. We find the primary reason our email announcements get blocked is that your email platform works to prevent “bulk” emails from being delivered. To ensure our emails always make it to your InBox, please consider asking your IT Department to craft a rule that allows bulk email from the domain “delphiaconsulting.com.” If you need further assistance, please email support@DelphiaConsulting.com.
  3. Register for the live webinar I’m hosting on Wednesday, November 3, 2 PM EST, to introduce you to Delphia, share my plans for our new relationship, and answer your questions.
  4. Follow Delphia Consulting on LinkedIn at https://www.linkedin.com/company/delphia-consulting-llc.
  5. Invite me to join your professional network on LinkedIn at https://www.linkedin.com/in/briandelphia/.
