The latest updates to Sage HRMS HR Actions deliver various bug fixes, enhancements, and a new, modern look that matches Sage HRMS 2016.

10.6.3

  • NEW: The look and feel of the calendar controls were modernized, and the default date is now set to the current date.
  • NEW: The employee find dialog now displays the employee number.

  • Fix to appraisal scores when questions are scored as “N/A” (Not Applicable).
  • Fix to paging on the connections page.
  • Employees now prevented from deleting their own performance appraisals when a manager is involved.
  • Issues fixed with cut and paste within the WYSIWYG editor. Removal of two columns (U_TSAMOUNT) from SYUSER view, which was causing 10.6.2 upgrades to fail.

10.6.2

  • NEW: The look and feel of the administrative web interface has been changed to match Sage HRMS 2016.
  • Expanded ability to create direct web links from ESS to specific HR Actions Self Service pages via the Web Links menu item.
  • During the approval process, when HR Actions detects that an email address is missing for an employee, a notification email will be sent to the HR Actions Admin defined for the installation.
  • Improved sort order of attendance records so the most recent records appear first.

10.6.1

  • NEW: The look and feel of the self-service web interface has been changed to match Sage HRMS 2016. Any custom style sheets that may have been created previously will need to be re-created and modified appropriately.

  • Support for the Sage HRMS 2016 data model.
  • Direct links from the Sage HRMS 2016 client to HR Actions administration interface.
  • Support for Enhanced Security protocols TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2.
  • Upgrade to Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2 (in order to support the enhanced security protocols). Any Windows 2008/2012 server current with Microsoft updates will already have Framework 4.5.2 installed. The .NET CLR Version of the HR Actions Application Pool will need to be changed from v2.0 to v4.0.
  • New event added (After Create Approvals) that allows developers to provide customized approval sequences.
