Schedule and Trigger Reports
The foundation of Sage HRMS Alerts & Workflow is the Alerts module. The Alerts module allows a client to monitor an application for unlimited conditions, and trigger alerts (via email, fax, text message, web dashboard, and FTP) to an unlimited number of recipients – both inside and outside an organization. Adding the Sage HRMS Alerts and Workflow Reports Module provides the ability to generate and deliver reports.
Crystal Reports
Generate and deliver Crystal Reports on a regular schedule such as a weekly overtime report.
Trigger Based on Conditions
Trigger the generation and delivery of Crystal Reports only when certain database conditions exist, such as generating an Overtime Analysis report only if an employee records more than 20 hours of overtime in a month.
