No matter how you keep track of your payroll data, Time and Labor Import validates and imports that data into the Sage HRMS Payroll timecard.

If you have nonconforming formats of source data, Time and Labor Import can be programmed to handle it and to perform complex calculations, saving payroll users from having to do them manually. And those secondary jobs and differing pay rates? Time and Labor Import takes care of that too, by looking up the pay rate associated with the secondary job and applying it to the hours worked. Both “hours worked” and “flat dollar” pay types can be imported.

Each organization has its own particular needs and set of calculations when it comes to payroll. Time and Labor Import can be customized to meet your needs and to support complex calculation requirements, whatever they may be.
