Sage HRMS HR Actions Performance Appraisal Status Monitoring
HR Actions can monitor the status of performance appraisals providing visibility into where employees, managers, mulita-raters, and approvers are in their performance appraisal process as well as appraisal scores and changes in compensation, if any. This data is used by HR Analytics, or standard reporting capabilities within Sage HRMS, to report on the performance appraisal process in real-time. In addition, Sage HRMS Alerts and Workflow can be used to trigger alerts that go beyond the basis email notifications built into HR Actions. Whether or not a performance appraisal is due for an employee is determined by comparing the Next Review field (located on the Current Pay – Pay and Performance tab within Sage HRMS) to the Cycle End Date offset established on the performance appraisal form. For example, if the offset is 90 days, an employee’s status would be set to “Not Due” if the Next Review date is more than 90 days in the future.
