Sage recently released a Q3 SR1 2018 Product Update for Sage HRMS and Sage ESS.

Issue:
After installing this update an error will occur when refreshing your HR Actions database via the HR Actions Configurator.

Resolution:
We have provided a patch to address this issue. Steps for updating your HR Actions Database are as follows:

1. Install Sage HRMS Q3 SR1 2018 Product Update
2. Refresh the HR Actions Database in the HR Actions Configurator
3. Run the HR Actions Patch File against your HR Actions database

Product Roadmap:
Sage HRMS HR Actions v10.7.11 is expected to be released later this month. The steps outlined above will not be neccessary once 10.7.11 is installed.
