Update: Newest ICE Form I-9 Extension Expires August 19

ICE has again extended permission for employers to remotely review identity and employment authorization documents required for completion of Form I-9. This is the fourth time ICE and the DHS have given an extension to employers who are conducting business remotely. COVID-19 Response: Form I-9 Requirements Flexibility
