Sage HRMS HR Actions 10.6.7 [Release Notes]

The latest updates to Sage HRMS HR Actions deliver various enhancements and modifications that improve functionality of this solution. 

New with Version 10.6.7

Added options for performance appraisals

• The ability for managers to edit their comments and scoring at the same time an employee is editing theirs. After a manager has clicked the “Send to Employee” button, the “Send to Employee” button is grayed out, and the employee can edit the performance appraisal. 

 

 

            Once the manager has sent the performance appraisal to the employee, the manager cannot

                  –  Make a scored question Not Applicable

                  –  Make a Not Applicable question scored.

                  –  Edit an open question unless both manager and employee can edit the question.

• The ability for both managers and employees to hide their comments and scoring until initiation.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Updated reports

• A new report called “HR Actions Out Of Sync Pay Fields” has been added for auditing actions to verify all pay fields are aligned.
• Reports in the admin interface can now be located using a text search.

Added features

• Pay field validation when actions are initiated to ensure all pay fields (annual pay, salary, and hourly rate) are aligned exactly.
• The organization is now pre-selected and the universal initiator may use the Find Employee feature immediately when creating a new action associated with only one organization.
