Due to continued precautions related to COVID-19, ICE has again extended permission for employers to remotely review identity and employment authorization documents required for completion of Form I-9. Like the original extension in March, this one is for 60 days and applies to employers who are conducting business 100% remotely. ICE: New Extension for Form I-9 Flexibility Expires September 19
