Update: Newest ICE Form I-9 Extension Expires August 19

ICE has again extended permission for employers to remotely review identity and employment authorization documents required for completion of Form I-9. This is the fourth time ICE and the DHS have given an extension to employers who are conducting business remotely. Updated – Sage HRMS / Sage Abra Setup Guidelines for Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA/HR 6201) 

We have updated our guidelines that Sage Abra Suite and Sage HRMS administrators can use to set up their system to address the new Families First Coronavirus Response Act law, which provides employees with three (3) new paid leave banks for eligible employees.

Employer Reporting Guidance for COVID-19-Related Paid Leave

The Treasury Department and the Internal Revenue Service released a Notice providing guidance for employers on the requirement to report the amount of wages paid to employees under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) on Form W-2. Sage Abra Suite: Coming to the Finish Line

Sage Abra Suite has had a long run, but the finish line is in sight. Abra Suite has reached end of life and will no longer be supported by Sage North America. A limited legislative update will be available in December, 2020. Access to the support center ends on December 28. Are you ready for your next step? If not, it’s time to make plans.
