Sage HRMS HR Actions 10.7.19 Release Notes

Sage HRMS HR Actions 10.7.19 is a Maintenance release addressing various issues reported with version 10.7.16, 10.7.17 and the 10.7.18 controlled release. Also included are enhancements to Sage HRMS HR Actions, Sage HRMS HR Actions I-9, and Sage HRMS HR Actions W-4.

The New Form I-9 Is Here

The expected new version of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Form I-9 is now available. While a grace period for adopting the new form extends through the end of April, employers are encouraged to use the new version beginning January 31, 2020. 2020 News for Employers

Sage HRMS HR Actions 10.7.16 Release Notes

A New Integrated Experience: Since Sage HRMS HR Actions was first released, Administrators were required to use seperate logins for Admin and Self-Service. There was no easy way to navigate between front-end and back-end. That’s about to change. Sage HRMS HR Actions Admin & Self Service and have been combined into one user experience. Through new single sign-on capabilities Administrators can navigate between front-end and back-end within the same tab. Now one login gives you access to everything you need in HR Actions. But that’s not the only improvements we’ve made in this latest release. Read to learn more.

IRS Releases Final Version of 2020 Form W-4

Form I-9 Expires August 31. Can You Still Use It?

You have likely noticed the expiration date on the top of the USCIS Form I-9 that indicates the current version expires at the end of this month. The Department of Homeland Security has not issued a new version but is expected to extend the current version in its present form. Until they release information about an extension or new version, you can still use the current one.
