The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has extended the deadline for employers to file their EEO-1 Component 2 pay data. Originally, last Monday, September 30, 2019, was the final day for filing. However, according a September 27, 2019 EEOC news release, that deadline is no longer in effect.
